Refund Policy

B and B Coaching Academy is committed to creating thoughtful, aligned coaching containers and to ensuring clients have clarity before entering any program.

Refund Window

A refund may be requested within the first 14 days of the program start date. After the first 14 days, no refunds will be issued.

Partial Refund Calculation

If a refund is requested within the 14-day window, it will be calculated based on the portion of the program not yet delivered, rather than issued as a full refund of the total program fee. For example, if a refund is requested in week 2 of a 12-week program, the client will be refunded for the remaining weeks of program content not yet delivered.

After the Refund Window

After the first 14 days, the client may choose to discontinue participation at any time; however, this will not result in a refund or credit for unused sessions or program time.

This policy honors both the integrity of our coaching containers and the commitment required for meaningful growth.
